Directions
From Exeter City Centre proceed out of the City along Pinhoe Road. At the traffic lights at Sainsburys Pinhoe continue straight on towards the traffic lights. On reaching the lights proceed straight ahead on to the Monkerton bypass towards the Sowton Industrial Estate. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Tithebarn Way and continue along the road going over the motorway bridge and a right hand turning towards the Science Park. The turning to Hutchings Drive will be found on the left and the property is towards the end of the road on the right hand side.
